Flax seeds are not fermented in production.
Stage 1: weighting of raw materials;
Stage 2: sorting raw materials to detect the presence of any impurities;
Stage 3: sieving of raw materials depending on its type;
Stage 4: if it’s necessary (according to the technological process) – soaking of raw materials;
Stage 5: washing raw materials in running water;
Stage 6: drying raw materials at low temperatures – to preserve the beneficial elements in the ingredients;
Stage 7: grinding.
Sugar is a sweet-tasting food product. It is the general name for a group of simple carbohydrates used in everyday cooking.
This group consists of monosaccharides and disaccharides:
Monosaccharides (simple sugars):
glucose (grape sugar, dextrose);
fructose (fruit sugar) ;
Disaccharides (composed of the residues of two monosaccharides):
sucrose = fructose + glucose;
maltose (malt sugar) = glucose + glucose;
lactose (milk sugar) = glucose + galactose;
Oligosaccharides – molecules containing 3-6 residues of monosaccharides (thiosine, tetrose, pentose, hexose).
In everyday life, the word “sugar” is mainly applied to sucrose (C12H22O11), which is produced industrially from sugar beets, sugar cane or sugar maple, palm juice or sorghum. Sucrose significantly increases blood sugar levels and is therefore a harmful ingredient. We do not add sugar in the production of our products and do not use candied fruits and dried fruits that are processed with syrup. For the production of our products, we use: vegetables, fruits and berries that contain sugars of natural origin, exactly this information is provided in the nutritional value table of the product
We recommend our products to children over 3 years old.
Yes, our products are also suitable for vegans. During the production manufacturing process, the ingredients are not heat-treated. Crispbreads and Granola are dried at a temperature not exceeding 42°C, so it is possible to preserve all primary macro – and microelements, vitamins, minerals and enzymes.
